Hotpoint Aquarius WD440 dead?

hi i have error f07.any help in fixing this problem would be appreciated as it cost £70 for a ten min job last time i had a repair man out

sorry I wasnt clear with my message, some lights flash once very quickly when I turn it on and then its dead,had it looked and and was told its the main pc board and I need to get a brand new machine as its not worth repairing!!!, how can I be sure its the main control pcboard before I buy a new control board for £100 from hotpoint ? anything else that can cause the machine to be dead or any points I can check for voltages exc... its hard at this time of year to get a new machine when all that could be rong is a voltage regulator or similar?? any help would be apreciated greatly
