my street ka convertable won't start if i leave it 2hours it starts rac man plugged in computer and no faults were found. please help.

if its like other fords, remove top steering cowl for access, then you will need to turn barrel to position 1 and then press down locking pin [should be through a hole on top of steering lock housing] with small screwdriver or similar then pull out barrel.you may need to rock steering to turn barrel!
