Mend Blanco 6000 Cold Water Turned Stops

How can I mend my Blanco Opera 6000 tap?

When the cold water is turned off, the water stops immediately, but then a slug of water comes out a few seconds later. It didn't do it when new, but has developed this fault after a few weeks.
