banging water pipes?

When my washing machine is on & the machine goes to spin cycle, the pipes start banging. I tried turning on any cold water tap on & the banging stops. Turned the tap off & the banging started again. The pipes bang from the basement up to the water tank in the loft, only on spin cycle. Obviously an air lock, so I checked my rads & found air in two on the first floor. The banging seemed to subside, but now it is back again. Please can anyone help

Thanks K but I did that, only two flexi pipes one in & out. Machine is not touching any pipes, made sure of that. Enough to say no one I know has the answer. Just that it must be an air lock.

Thanks for input

Don't mean to sound disrespectful but your rad system is not (should not) be connected in any way to your washing m/c.
Your washing m/c does not call water, hot or cold during the spin cycle.

Your machine might be knocking the pipes or even throwing the rubber connecting hoses around a little during the spin cycle and this would travel throughout the whole house if the noise is transfered to the water system.

A little noise goes a long way through water.

try pulling the machine out of its cubby hole and running a cycle with it sitting out a bit remember though to make sure there is good flow through all your hoses, (NO KINKS) a washing m/c emptying onto the kitchen floor isn't funny, been there done that.
