Mend Honda XR125 Starting Battery Flat

How can I fix hard starting problem in motobike honda xr125?

My motobike xr125 only starts after several trials till the battery goes flat and cracking especially when it is cold or after hours of rest. It is recently serviced and petrol from the kurberetor was drained but still there is no improvement.
