Mend Transonic Tv Time Going

Transonic tv. bottom third of screen goes grey ,?

Transonic tv. bottom third of screen goes grey most of the time ,sometimes might be horizontal smallish line going accross. Sometimes when turning on it flashes blue on the pics horizontally.
if i click to video mode the screen goes its normal blue no greys or anything
