Yes, but it may cost almost as much as a new laptop. The Armada 100 came out in 2001 so the laptop would be slow by today's standards. The best bet is to find a used display assembly on eBay and change it out if you have the skills to do that type of repair. A new display assembly would probably cost $500 to $800 if you sent it back to HP.
