dimplex holton optiflame htn20br the fan is not working is a motor involved can a relacement ie spare be purchased do i take the whole back off or just the bottom have taken out coals and grate and clean all fluff and dust it spins but when all put back stops working
is the base plastic or metal. If plastic the whole bottom needs to be replaced as this is one component. If metal the fan can be replaced on its own. Are you sure the fan is spinning when powered up, try putting power on with the grate removed.
