Mend Lamona HJA8630 Hja Dishwasher Cycle

Lamona HJA8630 over-heating?

I have a Lamona HJA 8630 integrated dishwasher which continues to get hot after the cycle has finished and has started melting plastic items that are left in there. There only way to stop it heating is to turn off the power.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Hi,
I have had the same problem, after searching on the net found that a possible cause was a relay on the main control board might be u/s. I then checked my board out and sure enough a relay was blown so I ordered a new board.The wash cycle can still operate correctly even if the relay is u/s just the fact that the heat stays on all the time, hope this helps
