Mend Indesit W123 Washing Machine Fault Intermittent

Indesit W123 stops at rinse cycle and program switch rotates?

My Indesit W123 works fine up until the rinse cycle where it stops and the program switch starts to rotate. The light flashes 3 times pauses then flashes again. It doesn't seem to fill with water (to rinse) at this point. The fault is itermittent. Sometimes the M/C works with no problem

the rotating is a fault mode, you need to count the flashes from the red light while the dial rotates and i will be able to give you more of an idea.
