Mend Honeywell Boiler Wire Fault

Boiler or controller failed. Can I direct wire?

Ideal Isar HE24 not working,no fault code showing. Think it it is Honeywell controller. Power is reaching controller but not reaching Boiler. Can I direct wire to Boiler to test this?
