how to fix w6011 model ?

fulls with water , then after a short time it emptys the water , then the handle turns around to "s" had asko out to look at it , they said to clean out water sprays where you put your detergent , done that my self , still wont work ?? any body got any ideas , thanks , I've had this for almost 12 years ,no problems till now
