renault magan turbo?

i have a renault magan 1.9 turbo cdi fitted re con turbo
run with bite of oily smoke then high reved had to stall it i have being told the engine will be no good is this
right if so why

Your engine is using the oil that the old turbo leaked into the induction as fuel thats why it revved up .
