Mend White Knight CL311W Tumble Dryer Heating Element

white knight cl311w tumble dryer has stopped heating up?

my tumbler dryer has stopped heating up i have looked at the element & it does nor appear to have any breaks in the wires ,could it be the thermostat if so where is it . i have read that you can reset by pushing the little red button but i cann't see one hope you can help
