Mend Denon RCD-35DAB Faulty Problem Sound

faulty denon rcd 35 dab?

I have the Denon RCD 35 DAB, the problem is there is no sound from speakers or headphone socket . A very low sound can be heard on maximum volume. Is this likely to be the STK amplifier block or a fault on the output section? Many thanks!!
