Mend Fisher & Paykel ecosmart Washing Machine Ecosmart

How can I fix my fisher & Paykel ecosmart washing machine?

I washed a sheepskin rug which is the first time in this machine but not the first time I ever washed it. The rug shed an incredible amount of fur and now the machine will not rinse or spin. I know this machine doesn't have a lot of components. What steps should I follow to repair the problem?
