If the track rod ened is a screwed version onto the steering rack which i think it is this is what you will have to do. Not that different to any other car.
OK jack up the side of the car you wish to work on make sure the chock is under rear wheel and you are using axle stands. Before jacking vehicle up remove the hub cap and slightly loosen the wheel nuts. Jack the car up and remove the wheel nuts and pull the wheel off. You are going to need a couple of spanners i cannot remember the size but you will need one for the nut if there is one which locks upto the track rod end, and another to undo the nut which holds the track rod end to the wheel assembly. Before removing the track rod take a hacksaw blade and just cut a small line so you know what position the track rod end was screwed upto before removing it and you can then put the new track rod end into place so your tracking will not be too far out. You will also need what is called as a ball joint splitter. Once the wheel is removed and the vehicle is safely raised undo the nut which locks the track rod to the rack, next undo the nut from its securing position of the wheel assembly, if this has a split pin through the nut remove the split pin first. Take your ball joint splitter and put it between the rubber boot of the track rod end and and just benath where it locates to the wheel assembly. Take a large hammer and give the ball joint splitter a number of whacks the track rod end will drop out of its position. Take a pair of Mole grips and vice these onto the steering rod. Take another pair of mole grips or water pump pliers apply these to the track rod end. Now while holding the mole grips connected to the steering rod undo the track rod end and remove it.Take the new track rod end and refit screwing the track rod end upto the line you cut before removing the old one, You way want to spray some wd40 onto the threads to make this easier. With your track rod now screwed on you need now to put the threaded portion through the wheel assembly. Now this is the reason the car should be on axle stands. Take the jack and move it upto position just beneath the track rod end jack the jack up until you have the jack pushing the track rod end right up to its hilt take the nylon nut and screw this on and tighten with your spanner, the jack will stop the threaded shaft going round and round. make sure that all bolts and nuts are tight and recheck your work. After refitting the wheel you will have to have the tracking done through a tyre specialist otherwise your tracking may well be out and you will quickly wear out tyres. Hope this has been of some help to you.
