Mend Fiat Punto 1.2 16v Sporting Full

fiat punto 1.2 16v sporting 52reg?

Hi I have replaced full steering column and ignition and ecu and eps and I have had fuses checked but still the red steering wheel symbol remains on the dashboard and steering is still heavy do you have any sugestions on what to advise now thanks
