Mend Replaced Tube Work

Shaver light fitment?

Have replaced tube in shaver light fitment but still does not work. Shop said to change the charger. Bought charger but don't know where it goes. Can't find anything similar to this charger in existing unit

there is no charger in light,i think they mean the starter,but there is no starter either as these units use an electronic ballast this ballst needs replaced.but you may be cheaper just fittin a new light unit turn all power off before working on light fitting
