Mend Worcester Bosch Greenstar 25Si Reduce Pressure Bar

how to reduce pressure- bar is beyond 2 ( greenstar 25Si)?

How to reduce the pressure back to recommmended bar?
The pressure was on zero and tried to raise it but valve was so tight by the time i nwas closing, the pressure has gone passed 2bars and is flactuates between 2,5-3,5 and is resting at 3.
