if your head unit has standard ISO conectors just buy a converter loom from halfords and plug it in ...as easy as that

If the wires are loose, you need to find out what colour is what from either ford (for the car wire colours) and goodmans (for the stereo wire colours). If there is a plug on either the stereo or the car, then fit a plug (either male or female) onto the other.
