how can i fix my goodmans gce2815pll?

my goodmans gce2815pll switched itself off one day while listening to my cd, and hasn't been able to turn on since. i have no sound and no lights, and my cd is stuck in it. can anyone help me?

try unplugging it first and then reconnect it underneath the panel of the radio there is a reset button press that and it should work if not contact customer service of goodmans .co.uk
