Mend Hotpoint HJA8362 Dishwasher Drain Reset

how can i fix hja 8362 dishwasher?

the appliance starts then makes a buzzing sound , then starts clicking and does nothing. When i open the machine there is water in the bottom . I then drain the machine using the reset button . Have tried all programmes including cold and same again occurs .
