Mend Hotpoint WD420 Leak Filter Pump

How do i fix my wd420 washer/dryer?

My washing machine was blocked.cleaned out filter and pump.then water pouring from door and dispenser.have changed seal but water pouring out on rinse and spin.also water sitting in drum.
