remove old pipes,try and source plugs/bungs to cap the unions at the master cyl or inner joints and this will prevent losing all your fluid and may be easier to bleed,you will have to look at the unions on the old pipes to determine what sort of flare you put on the new piping,measure the old pipes with a piece of string and cut and shape your new pipes accordingly and make sure they are correctly routed and secured into the body clips or your motor will fail an mot.You may be lucky and open a bleed screw and try letting gravity do the job for you to bleed your system until you get a steady flow from the bleed screw,if not you may need someone to pump the pedal for you.Due to safety if in any doubt don`t be afraid to ask someone for advice regarding this job,if your brakes fail due to incorrect fitment then someone may get hurt.Good luck.
