Mend Ultracom 30 SXI Boiler Fault Leak

How can I fix the faults for an ultracom 30 sxi?

Can anybody give input or advice to my question of how the overflow on my boiler keeps leaking hot water non stop. I have F1, F4 and F22 faults appearing and have no solution to them.

Ultracom Ultracom 30 SXI D.I.Y, Plumbing Boiler Fault Leak

By overflow, I assume overpressure valve, which will release at 3 bar, so check pressure. usual is about 1 bar when system cold. IF it is leaking other than that, probably needs replacing. Not sure without checking for codes, but could be related, fix leak 1st
