Mend Ariston Class HE 38 Boiler Leak Temperature

ariston class he 38 boiler fault?

I have a small water leak from the clip that holds in the DHW temperature sensor, have changed the O ring without success and checked for any cracks in manofold, wondered if any ideas.

Hi Malcolm - I know you posted on the forum ages ago but we have the exact same issue with our Ariston boiler as you describe - can I ask how it was resolved? We have replaced the sensor but it still leaks. Would be grateful for your help.

you will have to purchase some jointing paste ,its similar to that what's used on car exhausts.this should do the trick as it can withstand the heat.if not too much heat is generated in that location ,what about a water resistant silicone sealer
