broken arbors,200mm hs8-4 table saw?

Hi,I have been trying to get replacement arbors for the above mentioned table saw,on the instruction manual it is part nu 31.the saw is performance power,but the maual is produced by nu-tool stating that the saw is made by them,yet I cannot get a reply from them with regard to getting any spares,any advice would be most grateful.John.
