how can I fix heat surge amish heater, fan has vibaration and making noise?

fan when spinned by hand has a waggle or has play in it toward the moter end. Heater works fine but fan makes a lot of noise. It is a Heat Surge Heater ( amish heater). Label on motor reads
YJF 48/10-W E , Z.P. 15W, _120V 60Hz
