I have a baxi 105e approx 4 years old. All has been fine but now the pressure keeps rising and coming out of the excess pressure pipe outside. Filling loom is not connected and the hot water and c/h work as normal.
disconnect filling loop to make sure it isnt passing, if the pressure rises while boiler is heating up then pressure vessell faulty or needs pumping up.
