Mend Glow-Worm Burner Pilot Glowworm

To BG MIKE (re. burner and pilot light)?

Glow-worm Space-Saver 40B MK 11.

The pilot injector is new as stated above. I am in the process of flushing, and de-sludging the system, as the water is black.

I am now suspecting the thermostat, but I have run an electrical check on the system and it proves that all is well!

if possible, run the boiler on max, when it shuts off you need to see if the flow pipe is hotter than 82 degrees, this is usually the maximum flow temperature, if its above this the thermostat has gone out of calibration
