Mend Kenmore UltraWash Dishwasher Control Panel Wont Start

How can I clear control panel on Kenmore ultrawash?

I unloaded dishwasher thinking the cycle had completed (it stopped & dishes looked clean as normal). After loading next load washer would not start. Indicator light "washing" is on and won't turn off. I have tried the heated dry, normal wash fix listed here (and other sites) but nothing happens.
