clio 1.2 stalling?

y reg renault clio ,stalling problem, when starting car up when cold it idles up and down and stalls after leaving it to warm up it runs ok, but if i rev the car up to 6000 revs it splutters if it is choking, ive cleaned the throttle body twice changed the oil and filter any suggestions anybody
