you dont indicate where you think its stuck, ie down front of drum or in the bottom , if in the front you may be lucky if you try fishing it with something like a brass brazing rod with a hook in the end and rotate the drum if you get a grip on it, this will be a difficult one, if it is in the base, remove the heating element for access
