battery is stuck inbetween my drum and washing tub not allowing the drum to spin properly

you dont indicate where you think its stuck, ie down front of drum or in the bottom , if in the front you may be lucky if you try fishing it with something like a brass brazing rod with a hook in the end and rotate the drum if you get a grip on it, this will be a difficult one, if it is in the base, remove the heating element for access
