Mend BEKO WMA620S Washing Machine Pump Drum

BEKO WMA620S stuck onspin cycle?

What is the likely cause of my BEKO WMa620S being stuck in spin cycle. Sometimes the pump is working and the drum turns however will not come off the spin cycle to start a new wash cycle. This happened after water board turned off the water whilst spin cycle was on.....

to cancel the last program hold the start button in for 3-5 seconds and then let the machine reset and wait for end light come on.when end light comes on a new program can be started
