If you mean water is leaking from the soap dispenser then remove the dispenser tray by pulling out as far as it will go then press the clip in the centre between the soap and fabric conditioner compartment. Now withdraw it completely. If you normally use soap powder instead of liquid in the drum, you will probably find a solidified plug of powder.
Clean everything out with hot water so that water has an unobstructed run down the tube to the drum
