locked 13 on a 6000 rds ?

The code for your serial number is 3546.

However, you cannot unlock the radio yourself.

Here's a brief description how the lock-out works:

After 3 invalid attempts, the radio gets locked for 30 minutes. The display shows "HOLD" or "- - - -" (non-blinking, code can't be entered).

After the 10th error, the radio gets locked permanently. The display shows "LOCKED 10". In this condition you CAN reset the radio by holding the "6" button.

After more 3 errors (the 13th error in total), the message "LOCKED 13 " appears.

In this case, the special reset tool programmer must be used to reset.
