Mend Hitachi MCB30

Combi micro not cooking properly?

I have a hitachi MCB 30 combination microwave. When using convection oven only it does not heat up properly and the indicator lights that show it has come to temp only flash one bar. Top of food cooked but bottom isn't. What is wrong?
