Mend Renault Trafic Van Running

Sluggish Renault Trafic?

I have a Trafic van 03.
It as been absolutely fantastic, but recently as running slow/fast/slow/fast if you know whta I mean!
Theres no power when you put your foot down and all of a sudden it kicks back in then out again!

Any ideas please...
