Find the flexible hose that connects onto the burner on you boiler slacken it off until oil comes out (providing your tank is higher than the boiler),re connect and try again.Carefull though if your burner is a riello pressing reset without oil in the oil pump too many times can damage the pump (cost about £75.00).
