Mend Miele 692sc plus Dishwasher Spray Arm Blockage

Miele 692sc plus lower spray arm not working ?

Does anyone know how to repair the function of the lower spray arm of this washer. I have removed and checked and cleaned all spray arms filters non return valves etc. there was no blockage. I have read that there may be a fault with a switch that alternates water to the lower an middle spray arms as thy don't work together. It is almost as if the machine is always set to a top solo program although the light for this is not lit.
