how do i drain water out of my 2005 duramax diesel?

i put my truck under water totally. not sure where to start i did drain the fluids but any other help would be great i would like to get it running again thanks

thank you got all water out changed oil should be ready to fire dont no what else to look for had water throw turbo i think i got it all.

check the air filter,if it is soaking wet DO NOT try and start it till the water is removed from engine which may mean removing heater plugs and turning it over by hand to pump the water out,if it hydraulics then you can fork out thousands for a new engine,it will depend how deep the motor went into the water,if the oil level is up on the dipstick then you may require an oil change
