Mend British Gas Boiler House

boiler leaking, some rads working, others not.Replace what?

British Gas have said I should try replacing pipework for the whole house as there is a blockage and they can't find it. They tried a powerflush but it didn't work. One engineer says try another. Another engineer says replace all the pipework. What do I do? this is very expensive and in the meantime I have no heating for an elderly relative with arthritis.

Seriously its a difficult one. would need to see it. surprised power flush didnt do it!
