Mend Black and Decker B6000C Bread

is there a satisfactory guarantee return?

we just purchased a Black and Decker bread machine model B6000C. It next to impossible to get the basket out of the machine or get it back into the machine. The fittings are far too tight. Also it does not cook a nice loaf of bread as it gets all rough and ripply while cooking. We just simply are unhappy with the product-can we get money refunded for it being an unsatisfactory item

depends on the retailer. the big stores take things back without hassle as they have deals with suppliers to take all returns back as there contract to supply them.
