black decker B2005 blown circuit from plugging it in 220V instead of 110?

I tought i had been clear on that one but....
My wife accidently plugged the Bread machine in the 220V
We live in Indonesia and use a transformer to convert from 220 to 110 but the transfo has 2 outlets one for 110 and one for 220.
When i checked the circuit i found a ZNR on the circuit that had been blown. its a little blue component that looks like a tantalum capacitor i was able to read 241K on what is left of it.
also on the copper side of the circuit it seems like there was a little wire that may have made a bridge between the 2 sides of the AC line this little wire has disapeared in a puff of smoke and left a black spot on the plastic that surrounds it.
any clues on what to do next? if i can find the parts i can fix it. but one of my problems is i dont speak indonesian so i cannot explain easily what needs to be done to technicians if i can find one competent enough also people here dont know what a bread machine is all about and the local voltage is 220V.
i can include picture in future posting if it can help

Hi Frank,

I am looking at the guts of a dead Black & Decker B2005 bread machine right now.
I can identify the component that you need information on.
As you said, it is a small, blue zener diode (looks like a capacitor). The name and number on it is SINGERA 70421K.

For the burnt track, you can probably bridge it with a jumper.
