2008 Ford Transit 2.2tdi.Was Ok when I started out and Then all of a sudden could only get 1st & 2nd gear.
Gear Stick will not move to the right. Any clues.
look where the selector rod goes into the top of the g/box,if there is a lot of brown residue around it then it may be seized,try plenty of penetrating fluid and work it back and forth in 1st and 2nd.It may take a while but persevere and hopefully it will gradually free off.Apply plenty of lubricant and keep applying it through the year and you wont get it seizing up again.
