grohe syphon and air button duravit pan concealed cistern?

the syphon is not it appears dropping enough water into pan or no force to flush the pan properly.
is there any adjustment on the syphon to correct this?
It is the simple drop in type with the air button bellows pushing down on the rim of the syphon.
There appears enough water in cistern.
What i believe possible due to badly scaling the rim of the pan outlets into bowl.
