how can i fix my ford transit diesel 2.5 s reg?

the van emits a lot of smoke from start up but clears when warmed up could this be an oil seal problem ?

the problem is the built in cold start on the injector pump it cannot be fixed easily but really shouldn't cause you any problems, only if it gets worse then i would suggest getting a recon pump from somewhere or one from a breakers yard
