I have the same problem and could not find the bulb. I emailed Neff who told me that it is an old model and you cannot change it yourself. apparently it requires a Neff Engineer to do it. Having thought about call out charges and labour I decided to live with it. The appliance still functions, it just means you cannot see whats going on during operation.
