crunching gears?

there is no adjustment unless you have air in your hydraulic system,do you get gears ok with engine off?you could try and bleed your system,have a look at bottom of g/box bell housing for fluid leaking from release bearing,if all ok then your g/box may have to come out for a look at the clutch
